Customer Service is good... But there is no flexibility service with the customers. I checked in on 3rd September at 9pm only and I asked for checking out for extra time as I checked in late because I traveled from Chennai. They dint allow me for this. Many defaults are there we managed and adjusted with the hotel but no help from their side like power went of many time... Tv was not working ... No attached geyser... Water stopped many times...
I booked for three days with complimentry breakfast ...more

TV wasnt working. No seperate key for occupants. Every time we go out and come one person will bring his master key (digital) and open. π

While the room was fairly spacious, but it was dingy, dusty and poorly kept. The pillow cover was stained. The wardrobe without a door. The toilet though clean had a broken flush. Not ideal for working professionals.
