My experience was pathetic in Hotel Orchid Inn. First they refused the fact that I paid fully. Inspite of showing the voucher, they kept delaying my check in. Then they alloted a extremely small (around 8×7 feet) suffocated room with broken & non-functioning AC, dirty un-washed bed sheet. Inspite of requesting for 4-5 times they didn't change my bed sheet. I kept waiting. I had to go out for lunch but I had to carry my heavy luggage on my back because they didn't even handed over the room's key ...more
