the experience was horrible. there was no power back up, no wifi & the room was also not maintained properly. there was no one to listen & resolve our problem & they don't even care. they were even asking that did we steal their bottle or not. first time i booked from goibibo & the experience was horrible & am never going to book anything

the name luxury room doesn't suit it. full of dust, and bees are flying everywhere. If somebody has sinusitis or wheezing prob, they will face a real hard time there. if we call to the reception nobody will pick. for towel soap , heater on, kettle , water everything we need to go to reception and ask them. we need to beg for it. literally waste for paying high prices for this kind of service and room conditions

Calm and quiet atmosphere.
Comfortable location to all major destinations in ooty .
Walkable distance to bottonical garden
Got best support and services from staff

Staff is good and very helpful but hotel facilities and comforts not good for the cost they charge. There were no restaurant available so you have to eat outside.

No. Car parking ! No proper shower. It will be good for young people. Not for families and professional who expects good value over the price what we are paying.

The stay was nice and we liked the room. The problems were : Heater was not working , Room was not cleaned properly , Our car's tyre was punctured by someone and the staff were not responsible enough , the parking area is congested and no proper security for the vehicle
