Hotel was at a Good Location, easy to fond, food was great but washroom was not up to the mark, you will get other great hotels in this price, will not recommend this.

Zero cleanliness and worst hospitality. Buffet quality was not good. Doormats, bed sheets, mattress and its covers all were dirty. For 2 day stay they tried to charge extra for water bottles. Room heater was not working at all. There was darkness in the room as there was no proper light. Washroom was not up to the mark, as no kits were provided.

The location of Oriental Hotel is very descent,, has proper parking facility. The garden of hotel is very wide offering sitting with table and caretaker..
most importantly,, The buffet of hotel is perfect. it offers huge variety of dishes and the food is so tasty and made with hygiene. the staff is very cooperative. Highly recommended property.

The place is exceptionally well run. The staff is very courteous. Our stay was very comfortable. Having said all that, food stands out as a big 10/10; each meal we had was prepared very well and had variety. Highly recommended staying here.

The view is good but ruined my experince. The washroom doesnt have a basic jet. I had to get it installed after i checked in. Also the staff is good but overloaded with work so bound to have misses. But at this price not a bad hotel if you can compromise on all these things
Overall the view and the food is good but small little things ruins the experience.

this place is heaven!! breathtaking view of ice cladded mountains , fog slowly coming towards you.. veggies plantations..thousands of roses with awsm scent.. what else is really required? food is not so decorated (our all time favourite chocken butter masala paneer butter masala n blah blah) , food is less spicy but at such high altitudes you need to eat healthy than tasty.. so go for this one!
