The owner caters to the needs and complaints and resolves them asap. Room was beyond good than you can expect at such little price. Having stayed at multiple hotels this one by far has way better rooms. There were some cleanliness issues but the owner resolved them immediately.
It's located in a residential area so very safe for women and solo travellers. The people of the colony are also very helpful.
