there is no rooms in ground and first floor.rooms available on 2nd floor only.faced difficulty as I am with parents due to no lift provision.no restaurant available. I booked rooms with breakfast but hotel has no breakfast at all.only good thing is rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel was nice with working AC and the room was clean. Breakfast was also provided on time. The staff was polite and also helped me with ferry tickets. It is an upcoming property and they are still building rooms.
The only drawback of the property is its location. It's a bit far from the centre and you end up spending considerable amount of time and money getting to anywhere from there.
