Average, Because lock door was broken and cleaness was not properly, TV not working

I strongly do not recommend this hotel for a stay, not even for a day.
I stayed here for three days and hardly saw anybody to inquire about cleaning the room and/or changing the towel.
Surprisingly, the intercom is not working and I don't know whom to call for the service.
The front desk employees are very unprofessional; they are always busy on the phones and chewing gutka. They don't wake up until 8 am.
My room floor is filled with water leaking from the AC.
Please avoid this hotel at all costs.
