I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The manager and the hotel staff are rude. During my week-long stay, they didn't once clean the room. I requested more than 5-6 times. The hotel is infested with cockroaches. Cockroaches jump up and down the bed. Cleanliness is a big issue. I paid an extra 1000 bucks for breakfast. There was no breakfast available. On complaint I was returned around 300 bucks. Overall, a horrible experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone this hotel.

Didn't get breakfast, even after paying in advance. Hotel locality is not good. Room is good, but door knob not working.

Maybe it's the worst hotel I have ever visited. Even though the reviews were nice. No temperature checking during check-in, No sanitization, even the rooms were not properly cleaned, dirty bedsheets, washroom wasn't cleaned and water couldn't pass well from the washroom floor. It jammed there. And the hotel authority knew about it all but they still asked us to rate them 5 star.

Nice staff, good food I've tasted here. I think bed is very old one, it's not much comfortable to me and hotel location was not good very rush area.

First of all let me tell you the location of this hotel is very worst bcz there is no restaurant around this hotel, you have to go Firayalal Chowk which is 1 km apart. Second thing is their service, when i entered into the room, the bedsheet was very dirty a lot of hairs were there then i called to their staaf to change my bedsheet but he told me that laundry is not available right now so i will change later. For emergency purpose you can book this hotel otherwise don't book.
