All the equipment’s were not working in the room Like TV Gyser and hygiene is not maintained as the water was accumulated in the washroom.

good for family as well as professional, from here Shri Kashi vishwanath temple is around 4 km. location wise this hotel is good as located on main road and you can catch auto easily for temple. however cost is high comparing to the hotel facility.

Clean hotel in Varanasi near to BHU, but it's too costly. facilities are good, amenities are also well. this hotel is good to stay solo as well as with family.

Hospital is decent but rooms are small enough. Basic things like complimentary oral care packet, slippers was not provided. Even for water bottles we have to do multiple follow ups. One thumbs up for their restaurant. Its one of the best quality. I love food. Hotel staffs were helpful

every thing was good. one point i would like to bring to your notice that we had booked three rooms (with breakfast) for two days. our train got delayed due to bad weather, so we had to extend one room booking for one day. other two rooms were checked out in time. whereas the third room was checked out at approx 5pm. hotel charged rs 4,000/- for extended period, which was too expensive in comparison to our previous booking. no breakfast was provided/compensated during the extended period. on enquiry, reply of the receptionist was not satisfactory.
