We had a shot and nice stay at this small hotel. Location is very nice.Food was served hot and tasty. Staff's are very good and available to serve any time.

We got the room at the backside group floor..,there was no view.. Interiors were newly done. Its a bunglow converted into hotel. Food wad very good. Locality was strictly okay.

The room was pretty clean and functional. Nothing else. When on a vacation, need something more than OK and functional rooms. Food was good thoh. On the downside, Electric heating blanket not working. Strong smell of fresh paint. No mirror in the room. I feel there could have. better options in pahalgam nearby.

There is nothing like 3 star hotel. ..Total waste of money...rooms are very stinki interior is very bad...

WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AND TO OUR UTTER SURPRISE IN LIEU OF A HERITAGE PROPERTY THIS WAS A NEWLY BUILT PROPERTY WITHOUT KITCHEN.THEY DID NOT PROVIDE CLEAN BED SHEET, PILLOW COVER WAS DIRTY WE FELT BEING CHEATED.CALL TO GOIBIBO CUSTOMER CARE PRODUCED NO RESULTS. IN FUTURE WE WILL HAVE TO THINK THRICE BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKING THROUGH GOIBIBO.COM

LOCATION IS OK ROOM IS FINE BUT STAFF IS PATHETIC. In the name of breakfast they provide aaloo paratha/sandwich and tea. There was no body to take care. There was no pillow cover for extra person who has been charged. No tea/drink on arrival.
