hotel location is good. that's it but room service is not great at all and yes the room is small as compared to what was shown and way to pricey. One can get better hotel than that pricey small room

ac of the room was not working properly, i changed the room but in this room also ac was not giving enough cooling. i then tried the smaller third room which was not the worth for amount i paid for my stay

If your booking is lite deal and advance booking for less money, then the hotel will not check in at the end time and even if you have a booking, you will be asked to pay extra...

Our check in time is 12:00 noon, you came at 6:00 am in the morning and hotel was full so thats why it was not possible.

Hotel room looks average, cleanliness nice, price of all foods and bars are very much higher it's looking like 4times of MRP.
So, I am providing very less ratings for the pricing of the restaurant and bar.

I think just because of price you cant just give overall rating 2 star...thats not fair....
