I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Palette Heritage in Varanasi, and I must say, the ambience of the hotel is truly nice. The décor and overall atmosphere create a warm and welcoming environment, perfect for a relaxing stay.
However, one area that needs improvement is the staff service. While the staff is friendly, the service can be a bit slow at times. Guests may need to wait a bit longer than expected for their requests to be attended to.
