it was horrible experience. goibibo should immediately delist this hotel. totally unprofessional. you can not get tea/coffee before 9.45 am. rooms are dirty, bedsheets, towels ,pillow cover filled with food stains and smelly. in bathroom in soap solution dispenser, only water is put. room was full of cigarette butts and smells. they don't clean. 3 days experience was worst i have gone through. this is worst hotel i have stayed in my life. no person at reception counter till 9 am. goibibo should sent some person for surprise visit and stay to check and immediately delist it.

The rooms didn't have clean linen or comforters. With lipstick stains and dirt all over. Didn't seem like they had changed the sheets at all. The entire room and washrooms were infested with mosquitoes and they didn't even have a good knight. Overall pathetic services and amenities. The washrooms were dirty. Wouldn't Reccomend it to anyone

it was too much horrible early they denied for check in that also in 10:00pm nightafter lots of drama they gave dirty room first which has pan thrown here there at 11:30 pm they give us a room room has no proper electricity supply it was too hot roommost of the time electricity was not working for all three days cleaning was not propernot cleaning room properly if we are living 2 person in a room they gave only one towel and soap, told we can't give separately.it was horrible experience at too much costly hotelgiving this condition room for check in

It was too much horrible
Early they denied for check in that also in 10:00pm night
After lots of drama they gave dirty room first which has pan , gutkha thrown here there
At 11:30 pm they give us a room
Room has no proper electricity supply
It was too hot room
Most of the time electricity was not working for all three days
Cleaning was not proper
Not cleaning room properly
If we are living 2 person in a room they gave only one towel and soap, told we can't give separately.
It was horrible experience at too much costly hotel
