worst experience.availed free breakfast.but they told that we will provide only idly,Pongal and vada .rooms are not maintained properly.worst smell 😠

Highly spacious, no problem with parking. Staffs are polite but untrained, so even their polite language looks rude. Cleanliness is good, but rooms smell a bit bad. We had to keep every door open for a long to keep away room smell. We booked for the 3-bed room but they gave 2-bed room and one extra bed, though they have 3 bedded rooms!No comment on food as there are plenty of options just outside the hotel. Decent & feel safe hotel for all.

Furniture is filled with dusty,room is too smelly and dusty , asked to bring room freshener but room service didn't provided.
Not even they provided water along with breakfast which I was booked.
Extremely dissatisfied with their service,

Worst stay ever. It is not a 3 star hotel. you can call them as cottage or home stay. you will get a decent room with nil service. No restarant. No intercom. No play area. only dirts everwhere. No room service or cleaning. No water to drink. We stayed for 2 days. we need to go out and buy food everytime. Swimming pool is dirty. No one around to manage Swimming pool.Not worthy.Reception is run by someone from house keeping. You cannot expect kindness or politness from the person at reception. ...more

very Nice place suited at centre location approachable to beach & site seeing locality at walkable distance. staffs are friendly & kind, especially Mr. Selvam who is co-ordinator -very nice hospitality. swimming pool is very neat & overall good experience 🙂

The resort and amenities are average. The staff and food however is good. Please do not go for garden view rooms as you will be disappointed with the view.
