the property is excellent for corporate travellers. you need to carry your all luggages at the time of checkin & checkout. no checkin - checkout assistance is available. for family group with senior citizen this could be an issue. i have stayed 16th to18th june 2025. before that i had stayed here in may '25 for one night . location wise good .parking facilities are also available.rooms are good. every room has a balcony. this is really nice. foods are bit expensive. overall experience is good.

Wifi was not Working, Tap water Leakage, Room not worth it according to its rent , there was also dampness.
You have to call even for basic things, like if a towel wasn't provided or a bucket of water wasn't provided.
No one came to bring the luggage from the reception to the room.
Apart from that, no one came to show us the room, We found a room on our own.
This hotel was very unsatisfied for me. I will have to think carefully before coming here again.

Very pathetic experience. there were bed bugs in the bed and I got all rashed up due to them. The hotel did not have any spare room and I had to vacate it at 2 in the night because the hotel staff couldn't do anything about it and I could not sleep there WITH the bedbugs. I wish it was possible to give stars in negative.

in room photo or real room both are diffrent. west of money in this hotel. food quolity is good. but room service is not good. our room bed sheet and pillow cover was not change.

i want to talk to your representative
it's very bad experience from hotel management that i book elegance their premium room but when i reach hotel they tell me that there is no elegance room available and give this room
and tell me that we arrange room in morning and evening but till check out no room given to me

I think it is the best hotel in panvel but not 3-star hotel because of many reasons.1. The tap was broken.2. The wall was not painted, and it was dirty. I think they were doing renovation but again they should maintain the property.3. They didn't have the refrigerator in the room.4. I have to ask for everything, like water bottle, towel, brush and paste etc.I think the entire management was not working properly. I think they should hire someone to train the entire team.It was in far but in a good location. The restaurant food was good. I had the worse experience in any hotel.

Zero star is an ideal rating for this property. On the outside it looks like a 3 start hotel but once you enter the room its a LODGE. Telephone not working, only 1 bottle of water provided, no toiletries (available on request but since phone was not working), insects in sink, foul smell, used bedsheets in the open area etc. Totally pathetic experience
