Front office staffs were not knowledgeable as not much better to provide complete information . I have stayed multiple times however this time from the check in to till my check out entire stay was not comfortable i.e inside the room bad smell was there , Tv not working properly, AC remote was not functioning properly but after that a guy came and changed, washroom flush was not working properly. I have kept my gold ring at the table. Housekeeping staff stole it from there and managers are not even interested in listening to me.

The hotel housekeeping staff entered the room without permission when I was not present in the room, also they had charged extra 1000/- for a single visitor for half an hour.
The telephone was not working, the cleaning was not proper
Overall I will not recommend anyone to choose this hotel for your stay.
