Very bad behaviour of staff of Hotel, they didnot provide breakfast, and even they are not providing basic amenities . Not recommended at all .....

the rooms in the resort were big and spacious with all the basic amenities. however, they need to work on their restaurant service and number of items available on the menu. all mentioned items in menu are not available and guests are bound by the limited number of items only. the service is also very time taking. otheriwise the stay was quite good.

Best place ever stayed near nature, you will find all eco friendly things at resort even different species of tree, rooms were AC, Huge, Good Yummy Food, Awesome most convenient place in Port Blair in budget, they even provide bikes & cars on rent to hang out in other parts of Andaman apart from all they have a very friendly staff specially " Hemant " who was very down to earth person helped us for lots of things as we didn't plan our itinerary but the Reception Hemant & the owner himself was e ...more

I had a very bad stay here. 1. Hotel has no intercom2. Food was very spicy and not well cooked. I got sick.3. They have bad supply of electricity. My sleep was interrupted at 2 am by power cut and no one at reception picked up my call from my phone. Then I looked up my booking and kept calling all the numbers till somebody picked up and said their backup generator isn't working and it will take more time.4. I am very glad to share that now I am staying in Palm Grove Eco Resort. This is excellent resort where you can see attachment with atmosphere. I have attached photos so that anyone can see the environment of the resort. Services of the resort is very quick and easy access of the all amenities. Thank you so much for this excellent service and natural atmosphere.

Its not a eco resort or anything is something like a recycled bamboo tent pathetic maintenance of property actually they dont have any amenities furniture is also very badly maintained it was a horrible experience please if you get by 500-600 per day you go if not dont go
