It was a pleasant stay at Palmy lake resort. Caretakers AKash and Shantanu were very helpful. The location is beautiful, near the lake. The resort provides the service of House Boat, Shikara, Speed boat and kayaking for a reasonable price. its best place to stay in Alappuzha

Shantunu the bengali guy was very very helpful, aakash was also very hospitable. It's one of a kind experience with great view from window. It's near backwaters and they provide boat and scooty service too. The property is on the bank of back waters so u need to cross it by boat to reach to the resort. The resort staff is always available to fetch u by their own boat everytime. They don't take any charge for that. U must go to the property

Shantanu and Akash service is excellent. They will be available to help us .
In hotel room there are white ants , pest control is a must .
Stay was awesome. But need to take care of white ant as its not good

The stay was wonderful, located across the lake with a boat ride for pick-up. The hotel had a beautiful aesthetic, but what made it truly special were the caretaker and staff, who were incredibly friendly and made the experience memorable.
