Hotel stay was very nice. some small suggestions. The rooms could. equipped with a mini fridge. Also, the wash basin should have some storage rack for toiletries.
The breakfast was simple but tasty. The rooms were clean AC was functioning very well. Overall very comfortable. Strongly Recommended.

This is the only hotel in town located in prime spot and offers all convenience for shopping & commute. I have been choosing this hotel
For several years already, but this time it's too annoying due to staff behaviour and response. No sense of customer service with reception staffs and front desk manager. PAMS management has to deal with it to retain customers.

i was pleasantly surprised to see the large and thoughtful rooms.
hassle free check in process and good parking facility.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The only problem was with food especially for the last 2 years since we have been a regular customer for the past 10 years. Hope they will look into it and improve.
