Good service. rooms are spacious. air conditioning needs servicing and needs to be improved.
View from the rooms front side is just amazing!!
we faced power cut issue on the last day due to a fuse blow which was a dud.

Very good stay. Room is spacious and staff is courteous. Also, helpful in arranging cruise. River view from room is excellent. Try sher-a-punjab and ananth restaurant near by.

The rooms are clean and well maintained, hotel location is prime as you can easily access the main street and places nearby. Top floors of the have got a very scenic view of Panjim bridge.

It was awesome. Panaji residency is good place for stay in prime location of Panjim. My room was river view and nice room. Services were also good. Only breakfast had limited options but good. I want visit again in future.
