We booked Tree house upper..but after seeing the condition we were utterly disappointed..we asked them if they had any other rooms.at first they showed us a cottage type room,then after waiting they finally showed us a gallery cottage,for that they charged extra 500/-..though these Gallery cottages are less chargeable than tree house upper..we don't have any choice for that day..so we were bound to take that room...they falsely told us all rooms were booked,,which was a blatant lie..foods were o ...more

room are too bad, not maintained, so, i have to book another room by paying extra rs. 1800/- which is also horrible.

Pathetic resort total jungle no maintenance horrible in the walls. Room are full of different types of insects earthworms frogs. Food quality is very bad with respect price.If you want to make hell your lovely trip do visit.

The Manager who refused to disclose his name is very rude and misbehaved with me. I don't care about my money but I want shift to a different hotel tomorrow. Kindly arrange an alternative.

Enjoyed the stay ... Behaviour of the people was very nice...taste of food was very yummy.. but there should be a menu card along with price for ordering purpose... But otherwise ambience was really soothing and I would like to go there again

Run by unprofessional people, pathetic service, horrible food, zero in cleanliness, in the name of resort it is a glorified labour mess. Many good options are available in Santiniketan even in less price in comparison with this resort, it's a over rated place by some youtubers.

poor management! place looks good but the service is very bad ! food is absolutely shambolic..undercooked, no taste and much to our agony we found the gift of HAIR from the cook itself . The bathrooms are noisy and dirty and don't feel anywhere near that you can may 3000 INR for. moreover, the behaviour of the manager is so aggressive once we said we would give poor rating..!!! a big NO to someone who's looking for prompt service with value of money ! 1*

Ac doesn't work. Resort was under constructions and the rate of food much costly like a five star delux resort
