maintenance is poor, however hotel is good, both lift fans not working. both lift fans not working

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was not up to standard: it had an unpleasant odor, and the flush in the bathroom was not working properly. Despite multiple calls to request basic amenities like slippers, the response was slow and unhelpful. Additionally, the behavior of the reception staff was rude and unprofessional, adding to the frustration of the stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
