No doubt that it's a big property but everything there is improperly maintained. Behavior of hotel staff is worst. They supply limited quantity breakfast to their valuable customer. Bathroom of each room is old fashioned and very poorly maintained. Everything is below average.

It is famous traditional hotel group now become a little old. But the maintenance and staff courtesy are very good as usual. It is located in a posh residential locality free from hussle and buzzle. A good vegetarian restaurant is available with complimentary breakfast. Good for family stay.

very poor bathroom setup also complimentary breakfast served by them was really bad also foods served by them in breakfast is of limited quantity and in option only 2 types of items. After all, it was really a bad experience.

it is a good hotel. But it has become old. Need a facelift of this property. Food was good. Staff is also very good.

Big hotel, in good decent place,
But its very old building, management has not maintained and not upgraded, very old AC which not working properly,
Old box type TV with not working any channel .

Worst experience. We had a toddler with us and even after multiple requests they did not provide hot water for bath even at 5 30am. Very old way for heating water.
Very very old bathroom fittings. Mosquitoes and no repellent provided.
It was a nightmare for just a day's stay
