the hotel is inside the fort. the hotel is aesthetically good. We were travelling with family including handicapped people. we had to climb the fort with heavy baggage in steep slope. still after repeated requests, no one were coming to pick up outside the fort gate. we had to carry the luggage ourselves in the steep slope. the rooms were a little cold and damp. food is costly. Hotel is easily accessible. Staff is also good they provide us late check out without any cost.. big thumbs up for 👍.. rooms are clean they have small balcony with city view.Only the disappointment was their restaurant. The prices were touching the sky with no quality. I will not recommend to take meals with stay as in complimentary meal the restaurant person will refuse to give 2 parantha for 1 person according to them only 1 Aalo parantha will be served per person with tea or coffee. We had lovely stay inside fort. they arranged for SUM dessert Safari and it was lovely experience. I enjoyed my stay with them to the fullest.

I booked this hotel just because of its location, it is inside the fort. As we reached Jaisalmer late in evening around 6pm and next day I want to leave early for Longewala, Tanot Mata and Sam sand dunes stay. So as our stay was inside the fort so we can easily roam around inside the fort in late night and early morning too. Room was OK but I didn't like the washroom. There was more than 10 piece of used shops left over. Toilet seat was broken. I will suggest you to book your stay in advance so that you can choose wisely. In the same price range you can get better option.

Can't get any better than this. Amazing location. Wonderful hosts. Well maintained heritage property. Hospitable staff. Spotlessly clean rooms and premises. Comfortable bed. Breathtaking view of the city and the fort from the rooftop. Reasonably priced food and drinks. And all this under the same roof. Unbelievable, isn't it??! The location is the only advantage of this place, do not come in expecting even basic amenities. Hot water supply is very limited, washrooms are small and not clean. Rooms are very small, no phone in room and basically nothing much is provided at all. The hotel is very very hard to get to, it's very deep inside the fort, and cars aren't allowed inside till 8pm, and if u don't take your car out of the fort by 7 am, it'll be stuck there till 8pm the next day. It's a huge waste of such an amazing location. Even the cheap prices don't justify the severe lack in quality very low accesability
