hotel staff behavior very rude .after calling many times by call bell they didn't attend at room when physically approaching to attend my problems reply by manager "we have no time to attend your calls "they provide dinner on 8th jun after 10:20pm as i ordered on 8:15pm and reply for late "do you pay extra money for quick delivery "no bedsheets n pillow cover change.

One of the worst experience we have staying at this hotel. No staff or attendent visited to our room and no routine cleaning not done at all. We have mentioned while booking 2 adults and 1 children but we are not provided additional pillow for my daughter inspite of repeated requests. Food quality is also not up to the mark. Not recommended at all.

Had recently visited paradise hotel with 2 of my friends.Below I am giving some detailed review and rating them accordingly
Pros-
1.Food - The hotel food was good at a reasonable price - 4/5
2.Location - The hotel location was 5-6 mins walk from near mandarmani sea beach -4/5
3.Pool - Top floor pool experience was great. The pool was quite big and maintained.The water was also clean.- 4.5/5
Cons-
1.Room Service - Hotel service was okay, not that great - 3/5

as for the review, i can say, from goibibo end there is no issue, the deal was also great but during the stay the cooperation from the office staff is someway missed by them quite a bit...
