this was horrible. i was shown a room that was a luxury room that i booked but was offered an ordinary room this had no view (was told valley view) this was smaller and roof was way below. phoneline was not working ,wifi was not working , tv was not working, toilet spray was not working. i requested to change and also made several calls to go ibibo to either replace the room or cancel the booking as i was with kids too and wanted a premium stay for them hotel denied i did not get the room for ...more

The mansion suite valley view room is the best room of this hotel . Room size and washroom size is big . Room has no AC. Breakfast options are very limited . Location of hotel is good . Overall it is 4/5 . No early check in was granted despite only females were the guests. Breakfast option was very limited. Rest everything seemed fine.

stayed in room no 102. there was very bed smell of sewer both in room and bathroom throughout our stay for 2 days. no resolution even after informing many times. there was big spider and spider nets in room. no Complimentary water was provided for both days.

Everything was perfect like rooms and staff service also except food, have very limited options in buffet and food wasn’t that good according to hotel rating as your hotel is 4 star so everything should be according to 4 star. You should fulfil the same. Else I loved to stay in your hotel. I really had a nice time there.

Stay was nice Pros: 1. Rooms were spaciousand clean with a lovely view of Dehradun valley. 2. Food at restaurant was also tasteful. 3. Hotel staff were also helpful and affable. 4. Ample parking space. Cons: 1. No room service of food. 2. We have taken 5 rooms. One of the rooms washroom had plumbing issues. 3. Hotel premise was under maintenance therefore lawn was not that maintained. 4. No outside food was allowed

Had a good experience, it's very near to mall road and great location. good things about property is a garden area near restaurant, good for kids. Food is average and expensive. Good experience overall.
