It was a pleasant stay .. staff was very courteous and helpful.. view from the penthouse king suite was amazing .. Beas river view on one side and snow clad mountains on the other side was breathtaking..Food and live music was cherry on the top .

very disturbing environment. carpenter doing work and were making lot of noise till 12 night. even after calling to manager they didn't take any action lastly i personally visit the manager at night 12 to stop this nonsense. in morning 8 am there is no water in bathroom. only the building and location is good but facilities are horrible. don't even waste ur money by mistake on this so called expensive hotel.

Pathetic Hotel, geyser not working in room in chilled weather, they were serving hot water in buckets. Horrible experience

Hotel is gud it's location is no doubt it's really very gud but the food is so expensive that even we can't afford it we had to pay more than rs 2000 for one time breakfast only
