We had booked a lawn view room but when we visited , construction was ongoing over there. So we had a construction site room after paying a good amount. What I expect is that they should have informed us about the construction. We just wanted a relaxing stay with a good view but got to see workers working onsite. I am very disappointed with this. Also there was frequent powercut at resort which was also very disturbing.

The stay at Paramount Riverfront Resort was comfortable. We selected the Deluxe Forest View which was probably a bad choice because the room were pretty small and the view was basically trees coming right upto the balcony. The food was good. Breakfast was served at the Sundown hall, Dinner was Ala-Carte at either Surbhi restaurant or Waterside hotel. The rates are a bit different at both the restaurants. The water front deck is a nice place to relax. Construction and upgradation work is going on, hopefully will add positively to the property.

I won't give even a single star. Very poor service. their intercomm was not working, their mobiles dont have network. we went to celebrate my son's Birthday but they completely ruined it. we were struggling to order food from their restaurants, but none of them were responding. Finally we reception lady took our food order and they delivered evening snacks and coffee at dinner time. kept us waiting for almost 1.30 hour.

The experience was horrible Pictures shown while booking is very different There was a lot of construction work going on and they had emptied the swimming pool hence we couldn't even enjoy that.Just one restaurant outside the resort with limited options and very expensive.There was a bar counter but closed we never even got to have any drinks.They claimed to have boating but there was nothing all the boats were just parked and did not seem to be in working condition as well.We even wanted to red ...more

Pros- Amazing relaxing experience here.One of the best resort in Karjat. The stay was just perfect .They serve very tasty food .The property is very clean maintained. The Pool area is also very neat and lept clean.Resort staff is very co operative. Cons- There is an fluctuating electricity issue .

The cost of Hotel was too high as compared to the rooms they have provided, the rooms were not clean the service was not good, the receptionist was not responding properly. Only one person was helping that was the only good part other than that the resort doesn't justify the amount they are charging and that time we have paid for a twin bed room which is very small and untidy.Resort owner should take the responsibility of training the staff properly so that they know how to behave with the customers and how to provide the good service. Just a small gesture of service can make the service good.

The rooms were too small and slightly unclean as well. And the forest view is just a few trees with spiderwebs, balcony is also dirty. Property looks good, but very hot in summer. Food was bad to decent at times.

had a wonderful experience staying in the resort .. such a peaceful & wonderful place to be .. highly recommend for large groups & breakfast was awesome .. highly appreciate all the staffs of the resort .. very friendly , courteous and polite .. best resort to visit .. hotel service needs to be improved but that’s ohk won’t consider that to be very negative..

You must be tired after a long drive to the resort, but once you are in, the lush green lawn, clear blue pool, the serenity, is certain to refresh and rejuvenate you. The gentle cool breeze by the river front in the evening, will calm your senses. The food is good but a bit expensive. The staff are cooperative. Overall a good experience.
