Very bad experience , Dirty toilets, bad staff behaviour , Denied to check in and first time I came to know that Air Cooled room is NON AC room hahaa funny😡

The room was not clean properly especially the washrooms are very small and dirty. The tea is very good and the staff is also very helpful. But hygiene issues are a big issue.

I'm utterly disappointed with the check in process they offered, old aged person from the reception failed to accept the IDs and informed to accept aadhar for those husband name is appeared in aadhar rather a father name.His mentality is such. This property is not advised to couples, with the smell around, smoking, and the behaviour of reception and everything make you sleepless night.

I stayed in Executive AC Room. Hotel paras is a low budget, very congested market location having No CAR parking, roadside own risk parking. Room FARE is comparatively expensive. Non clean LINEN is supplied. Low Room light, No bathroom grill, unsafe & non private. Parking unavailability, Timely service, Cleanliness & Housekeeping, Room staff uniform.

The hotel staff is very rude and non cooperative. They all are unprofessional workers hired from local area. The towel and bedsheets are dirty. Keep your own towel, if you visit this hotel. The bathrooms are small. You can not come by your car to this hotel, as it's in a congested market place. No parking available. Rooms are not spacious. pros: overall area is clean, can stay for urgent work only. Hotel staff and front desk staff behaviour.
