No teapoy in the room. Hand napkin provided only when asked. Stingy number of teabags provided. Had to be called for. They don't seem to be following, scrupulously, an SOP while handing over the room to the new guest. Toilet flush drain mechanism not effective. Clean flushing in one attempt desired. Mechanism is faulty and needs to be looked into. Shower door was not closing properly. Complimentary breakfast was good and tasty.

Cons: Very few staff in the hotel .... so the service is slow .... the room was pretty old and needed modernization. there were also few cockroaches. ideal for business travellers but not for families with children. Pros: The swimming pool was good 👍 very close to Pheonix mall

Worst Service I had mentioned 6th check in and 7th check out, u made my booking same day check in and checkout, after that i got no email confirmation from your side, when I confirmed to hotel they said it's 6th check in and 7th check out, but after check in within 3 hours they said it's ur check out time.
