location of the property is nice, but there is no room service available, they says all staff is available only 8 a.m to 8 p.m, moreover i checked in just 2 hours earlier and they changed me 500 for that,

Rooms not maintained.Cockroaches all around.For day out also options are limited.Not a pleasant stay, we have to change the room due to cockroaches.

Overall a very good experience. Price was decent. Rooms are big and specious. Fresh ambiance. Breakfast was very good. but it needed to improve the brakefast time span from 9 to 10.30 am. Good car parking space
Cons: No buffet at the restaurant. Items are comparatively less than any normal restaurant.

I might have rated it 3 but my experience was Great!
It is just next to zoo and a beautiful mandir which was convenient because we visited on Shivaratri.
The resort has a swimming pool and lots of green area which is great if you're travelling with kids. Other activities made the experience better. Hotel staffs are courteous and cooperative. Hotel rooms are spacious.
