    This is a very dirty hotel. As soon as I arrived here, I barely avoided an accident in the elevator. It takes 1 to 1.5 hours just to get a food order. If you say anything, the staff misbehaves. The entire hotel has a bad smell throughout.

    Totally worst experience , this property does not fit to any brand, the call them associated with big names like radisson , sarovar but the management is worst then a 1 star lodge Totally not advised Told that room would get ready by 11:00 AM When I requested them for early check inCame around 11:15 room wasn't ready; so I left the luggage and went to the meeting I had Came back at 6:30 PM still there was a issue with the room ; later I had two working professionals (both male with valid Indian ...more

    My start was nice but I want to give some comment 1) swimming pool was non functional 2) gym has only one trade mill which was not functioning well 3) break fast menu should include more items as this property come under four star property 4) refrigerator facility was not in the room Room was ok

    The rooms were good, but the washroom definitely needs maintenance as there was stagnant water on the bathroom floor after use, hot water only lasts for about 2 minutes. basic amenities like hair dryer and iron were only provided if uh ask,they are not being kept in the rooms, I arrived at 10 AM
