The hotel is okay, the rooms are good.
but room service needs serious improvements, no one in Room service picks up the call and responds. we tried several times with no response.
The policies are different for Indian tourists, whereas Foreign tourists get special privilege
they are biased in their approach with the lowest concern for guest satisfaction.
I am not willing to give the rating more than 3 star because of my not very pleasant experience with the Hotel.
Hopefully, Hotel will improve on their services and will offer uniform treatment to all the guests

The room was very good and spacious.The check-in was very good.The food at gefereys was classic and tasty.Staff friendly.The overall experience was excellent.Will stay again and will recommend friends too.
