i reached hotel 7 am and asked for hotel checking, they promised to provide hotel at 8 am, as per them hotel room is dirty, cleaning person will come later, but till 9 am i not received any room, after that i left the hotel for my meeting with some other place, they didn't inform any room allocation until i callem them again at 1.30, again they told me that your id is not with me, pls come ot hotel take room and i forgot to ask which types of room you need king size or twin, my experience was not good in this hotel

overall good but room service not better once order repeat two or three times then deliver air conditioning not working I complain but no one serious and not done no fridge in room

we stayed in deluxe rooms. hotel is placed at a prime location with easy accessibility and parking facility. rooms were adequately spacious and clean and properly furnished, though dryer was not available which is kind of expected in a three star hotel in winter season. rooms were centrally heated and temperature was maintained comfortable. toilets were clean with adequate toiletries. foods provided were tasty, well cooked. restaurant offered fairly good range of options. complementary breakfast ...more
