stay was a good experience, room was neat and tidy. amenities provided was also good. breakfast was good menu can be improved. room service need to be improved.

An excellent facility, suitably located. Well appointed rooms though a pillar inside the room is not only an eyesore but also hinders use of the seating.
i faced an embarrassing situation. While checking in I was advised the stay included complimentary breakfast, which would start at 8.30 in the morning. Though we were ready at 7.30 to depart, we waited for the resturant to open only to be told that breakfast is not complimentary. Bad experience, Check in time is 2 pm here which is not suitable for working class travellers. I waited one hr for check in rooms were available

good .but renovation was on so place was little noisy and dusty.reastaurant doesnt have much vegetarian food ..no meals .rooms very clean .staff very helpful and polite

good stay at the hotel. my second trip after 2019 to thrissur. neat and clean rooms, ample parking space and food at their restaurant including their attached bar. only thing i would suggest is to include more varieties in the breakfast menu. also 4k plus tax for a single day rent is costly for this hotel. it can be 3 to 3.5k max for the room size and available food items.
