Neatness, location everything is fine.... Morning i requested them,over phone, to have a glass of normal water, to have my tablets....but their first wording was ''IT IS CHARGEABLE'' ???? it was a female voice !!!!! I am from Ernakulam area and frequently vising their hotels at Kakkanad as well as kadavanthara , kannur as well as this koilandi. NOW HAVE TO RETHINK ...........

first comment from the receptionist before check in was no visitors allowed. how he can say like this. a government official staying while on official duty will have his pa or orderly to visit him.

the stay was pleasant. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. snacks and drinks were available for purchase. the service was excellent, particularly the assistance provided by the security staff.
