Not maintained properly. Location is very good. Food quality poor, switches broken, door locks not working. No intercom. They couldn't even arrange help to change a flat tyre. What else can I say.

Firstly, the resort service & food is horrible, they are gonna take around 1 hour to prepare the order and after that you will taste the worst food of your life. We were a group of 8, stayed for 2 nights, food was worthless & too overpriced, pool is also not maintained, pool walls are full of algae, location is good & rooms were quite nice too, just the food & services they offer are worst.

it wasn't a pleasant experience..... maintenance doesn't happen there I believe.... Untidy.. basic issues with room like TV, Geyser, even the room door locks were fixed by some amateurs. if you want to have a meal here .... it takes 1.5 hours to 2 hours to get it. though the food wasn't bad but if you want to have Dal Makhani or Rajma in Dinner you need to tell before Dinner. all in all not so happy with the stay here ... only thing I liked here was there breakfast buffet.. something you won't mind spending your bucks on

location is peacefull, but not easily traceable. cottages are good. staff is courteous and well behaved. food is tasty. only swimming pool is not maintained and clean.

This is a old dilapidated property kept with least care. You will find stray dogs roaming inside, dumps of dried leaves every nook and corner, bathrooms which stink, rooms which are damp. The entrance gate of the property speaks of volume of what is in store for you inside. One of pond inside the property is filled with stale water and tons of algae. Perfect stay. Rooms are good neat and clean, never expected the hospitality will be this good. But the best part is their food and service everything on top Breakfast lunch dinner snacks, even if you want something they provided everything instantly. Perfect for family bachelor's couples.

location is calm and quit near to Jhirna zone Jim Corbett Park. Food quality is very good. staff is very helpful. resort is very big and good for children but need daily maintenance. Rooms size are very good but cleaning is ok and need improvement.
