I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding — every corner of the room and common areas was spotless and well-maintained. You can tell they take hygiene seriously, which made me feel very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warm and professional attitude added a personal touch that made me feel genuinely welcomed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent service!

1) Overall the hotel was good & the comments are more towards make it better and NOT discourage new customers 2) Room & bed was clean, water, towels, toiletries etc was provided. It was spacious with cupboard, table+chair, dust bin, big mirror, hooks & hangers 3) WiFi, hot water, AC all available full time & working fine 4) On reaching the hotel, the access has a rather unstructured steps (though not many) to reach the lift. Had a good stay @ Patel Inn and suites. Abhishek @ the reception was very helpful and the check- in and check-out went smoothly. Rooms are of decent size and clean. Ideal for people looking for stay in a quite residential area. Would definitely recommend to travellers looking for a decent stay in Mysore. Only minor drawbacks would be a bit far from sight- seeing places and no in-house Kitchen but there are good hotels nearby. Clean rooms in a quiet residential area and quick check-in and check-out
