hotel management allowed ground for navratri and I couldn't sleep due to horrible loud speaker. swimming pool is too dirty to swim. wastage of money. hotel management is tooo lazy to take action

Property is too clean. Amenities are fine, but can be improved like by having proper lightening around swimming pool, keeping rooms near swimming pool tidy and not like storage rooms. Having some sound system around swimming pool can be great. A room near to swimming pool if can be up with some snacks and tea-coffee can be great.
Service quality is super. It is just that, at this price people except 4 star or 5star treatment. Toileteries should be filled in total, not just filling up ones that ...more
