standard is like a 3-star hotel, not as claimed like a 5-star . staff are courteous, but the hotel's standard has been deteriorating since last stay a couple of years back. Beware of wrong food items billing sometimes.

Horrible experience at Patliputra with the front staff. Impolite, rude and untrained staff. What we booked was different from what we were given and the front staff smirked and made faces instead of trying to solve the problem. The only saving grace of this hotel is Mr.Manish- the housekeeping manager who helped us and understood our issues.

Overall experience was very good, nice hotel and breakfast was also tasty, valet parking is also available, room services are prompt as well.
