I stayed here for almost 4 times and here is my opinion about the property.
i visit mysore occasionally with my family.
i never opt other property apart from PC residency.
i personally feel this place is very good with friendly staffs I don't remember their names they are very humble and kind. i really thank them for the smooth process.
Good room with well maintainence.
Parking slot seems to be decent
ideally suitable from Family
over all very good property with lot much of facilities.

The room was net and clean,and the washroom also.I stayed there for a few hours,and the experience was too good.

Room provided was clean but had odour of smoking. Washroom was clean but exhaust fan was not working. Response from staff was ignorant, they never addressed. Stay was not good overall.

Good location.
Parking in roadside but they help.
Night services not so good like you need to arrange for water before you go to bed.
