Good well mannered staff, decent food. Private beach, accessible anytime. windows do not have mosquito net, no other ventilation. Very expensive non ac. Half the price we had ac rooms in Calangute. That was an awful experience here.Booking mentioned King size bed, but got a queen size, it was difficult to sleep along with kids.No options to make coffee/tea/hot water.The chairs outside were wet, and I couldn't sit. A lot more improvement can be done.

The location is good and accessible and is on the beach. Booked a side sea view room but the sea is not visible from the room you would need to sit at their restaurant or book a front sea view room to get a glimpse of the sea from the property.
