Rooms very bad.
No amenities provided like dental kits. Upon asking said it is on chargeable basis.
Extra shampoo not provided.
Horrible washroom. Even public washrooms are maintained better

The hotel is modest , but with a very warm ,accommodating and hospitable staff.
The rooms and the bathroom are clean and well maintained. The food to order is freshly prepared and tasty too. Overall a very good experience and worth the money you pay . Would highly recommend it!

Stayed at pearl suites for 3 days. Good place and calm surroundings. Services, amenities are good.

I think I overpaid for the hotel room. We didn't get proper toiletries or hair dryer as mentioned in the room details. Breakfast and dinner used to come very late. They didn't provide water jug or glasses in the room. We had to buy water bottles.
The staff was polite and nice. Rooms, bed and linens were clean. They allowed pets. Hence 3 stars.

Disgusting service, paint damage of the room wall. they charge for a dental kit . they also charged Rs800 for the bathroom tap which got broken during usage.
