This was our second visit in this hotel and may be the last. The tariff increased 50% within 2 years and the services decreased 50% by this time.
Not so good. With this huge tariff, the return is quite small. The food is average now. The water bottle they are providing in the restaurant is of Rs 50 whereas the MRP printed as 20. Kind of illegal. The parking is a lucky draw after paying Rs 5300 per day. If you don't get it in the expected slot, you have to park it in a ground with garbage.

The room service was fine, food was okay (needs area of improvement in this department) & staff members were also helpful, I would say it is one of the only few & good property available in Purulia at present.
The hotel ambience is good & I also liked the swimming pool area.

Everything was good except the linens had stains on them which when told were promptly changed. The property is good .
The food was excellent. Very comfortable stay .
