Pre-booked rooms were not available on reaching even on time.Looks like hotel staff were not aware of the booking. I booked two executive rooms. After a long follow up with c care and hotel staff I had to manage with one executive and one deluxe room. C Care person was not ready to raise a complaint. Else she suggested a coupon which I feel no use with 100s of T&C.It's not at all smooth while after a long journey we had to wait for one hour with uncertainty.I would give a zero rating but the staff were good. Food was also good. The hotel is very old and all rooms were on the G floor.

Bad experience at the hotel. Worst person at the reception. Not responded for any of our enquiries. Rooms very congested . Waste of money.

Great stay, Good staffs, no problems, Most of the staffs from Kerala &TN. They are also supplying food and Coffes for us per request. Food also good. Overall Great experience. Rooms are also good 👍

one of the worst property.The parking is very small and will be blocked most of the time and the path to this place is also horrible.Poor service ,even water was not kept in room and glasses were dirty.Restroom was not maintained.The amount they are charging is too high for the way this property is maintained.will get much better places for 1700.please avoid this stay.

Not Good. Booked 2 rooms but while I reached hotel they don't have rooms to give. Atlast we all accommodated in a single room. If they dont have rooms then why they are taking the bookings
