my worst experience . Pelican beach resort has no dedicated reception counter or receptionist. No one received us when I reached resort with my small kid and wife. Had to call multiple times and wait for half an hour, then one girl came, who was not aware of the booking. No help in carrying the luggage. Language issue was there as she was not understanding hindi or English either. There were dozens of stray dogs sitting outside our room and troubling us. Room was ok, but filled with spiders. ...more

it was a very bad hotel....no where close to a resort... doesn't match with the photo... very small and smelly room with a dirty bathroom...the whole night there was a sound of termite... very bad experience. not at all worth.

The hotel is right at the beautiful beach, but not well maintained the way it could have been.
Cleanliness is compromised big time, big cockroaches were found in the room which scared my kids
Breakfast variety and taste was below average. Not many options were made available to us.
I think staff was unable to understand our needs and also not many staff members were there to attend us.

This resort is not very big but it's beautiful. Rooms were good. Staffs were very cooperative. This resort has very beautiful private beach. Located in prime location. You will get good restaurants nearby this resort.

Staff was well versed n humble. Food was very tasty n off course the ambiance and the amenities in this beach resort were fantabulous….
