good hotel and very near to railway station towards platform 7. hall gate main bazar is at walking distance, good food is also near by and just 2 km from Golden temple. over all staff behaviour is also good.

I got deceived reading the reviews. It was a pathetic hotel. The room was smelly. We booked three rooms and were going to check out the very next day. We checked in at around 10 p.m, which means, they had nearly 12 hours to get the rooms ready. Yet, they forgot to give towels in one room and basic toiletries in the other one and the soap that they gave was utterly useless. In the night, immediately after we checked in, I called the reception and asked them to send two towels. He said YES and di ...more

the worst hotel staff ever seen. first of all the receptionist asked me to click a picture of his all staff, i was a customer there. second this is at very messy and unhygienic place. Rooms were smelling. third they refused to give water at night kehnde ki sir ae koi time thode na ae paani da it was 12 o'clock.

we had a great experience during our stay in Amritsar, special mention to manager, restaurant staff who has been a brilliant host. located in the heart of the city it offers easy access to golden Temple, rooms are spotless with fresh linens, badminton bathrooms and sooting ambience
