Not very pleasant stay for our trip. Washroom was horrible and it required deep cleaning. Television was not even operational and lakeside view is not visible from the room. Overall dissapointed with the service of the hotel

The hotel is in a good location, The staff is polite and helpful especially Vikas Bhaiya. Need some maintenance. switchboards, AC, Curtains, intercom required maintenance.

the staff is exceptionally polite and respectful, particularly vikas, who is always just a call away to assist with hospitality. however, there is room for improvement in room service and cleaning.

Worst hotel, Ac’s were not working, no breakfast ia there as the hotel and restaurant is run by 2 diff parties. Very conjusted rooms , Stinking bed sheets. Not recommended even if you are dying

Very Worst experience, charging ports not working, reception staff, manager is very rude to behave with customer. I took pre-paid service for 2 days but not a good service. Receptionist saying we will return full refund all things un necessarily.

Stay was Very Good , Nice neet and clean, beautiful Room . Hotel Restaurant the Sky lounge was also very good with Pichola lake view. Food was Awesome. Only Hotel room Bathroom needs to be upgrade, was not clean.

It was so near to Ganagaur ghat and other destination points. I had a better stay in hotel.
