a complete horrible stay.first we were assigned a room wherein the entire room was super dirty and smelly all through. once we complained we were transferred to a different room which was better, however we were indirectly threatened to not complain to the head office and rather tell them the problem. the amenities in the room was good however the service was horrible. they did not want to clean the room when we wanted to, they clearly mentioned that they will only clean the room when they have ...more

it was a good stay. staffs were quite humble and supportive. only issue was around dinning as everything was being served in room only as the dinning hall was under renovation.

Booked a Premium room and what we were let in was a room with leaky cistern and a blinking bathroom light. There was no heater to warm up the room, only one pair of slippers, when it was a room for two adults. Had to ask for toothbrush and paste.
