hotel was average....no maintenance according to price room was very small but location is good they give us used product like shampoo and all the thing and It was not even removed or changed from the hotel room. staff of the hotel told me to use that product which is used and left over.

This hotel is a sham...they are charging heavy amount because of Kumbh and the facilities and services are pathetic. Whole hotel premises is stinking and unhygienic. Eveny rats are scrolling in the rooms at Night.

amenities were not provided, towel was not provided which is basic amenity. no water bottles.. room was dirty when checked in..etc

room is too small, having issue of 🐀 rat at room no.6..afterwards change the room on our request..but before it rat cutted our hand bag...some times hot water not available. overall average experience at platinum inn hotel..

it was nice n comfortable stay, only lacking was a blower to keep the room warm according need of the weather. i will recommend peoples to enjoy a comfortable stay near high court in prayagraj.

Hotel is situated extremely crouded area where advocates park their vehicles. Nobody can reach with vehicle. Rooms are tiny. Shortage of staff due to small hotel. Tea is very costly looking to tarrif of rooms
